BYO SAND
A versatile piece of strength and conditioning training equipment which allow you to train your core and test your balance. Fill them up to your desired weight (don't exceeed their rating) with dry sand and train away. Available in 25/45/70 & 90kg sizes covers all training levels.
Manufactured from heavy duty material, they ship complete with an internal Velcro lockable bag. This is filled to the desired weight and sealed and then enclosed in the outer casing which is sealed with a heavy duty zip and Velcro seal to prevent spillage.
Their cylindrical shape, absence of handles and internal movement of sand combine to ensure these are difficult to carry and move. They can be used for an array of exercise including squats, carries, shoulder cleans and more.
All bags are 38cm in diameter. Length (approximate) when full is:
25kg - 15cm
45kg - 20cm
70kg - 32cm
90kg - 40cm
They can withstand drops, but are not designed for slamming. Use on a non-abrasive surface to maximise their lifespan.
