These are quality rotating Olympic dumbbells - utilising bearings for smooth rotation and circlips to hold the rotating sleeve- unlike some of the "toy" versions with bolts that come loose and no bearings.
Check the dimensions below if you already have plates to ensure that there is enough plate space to make these up to your desired weight. Our Rubber Coated Grip and Change Plate ranges are also compatible. We recommend using no larger than 5kg plates as larger sizes can be too cumbersome due to the plate diameter.
