If there ever was a true multi-use piece of equipment that's not just for infomercials, then this is it.
Doing the job of multiple pieces of equipment, this is a great addition to a home-gym set up, for mobile personal trainers or small studios.
Use it as a bench in either flat, incline of decline positions (in 3 different positions) in combination with dumbbells or with handy resistance tube (one is included to get you started) attachment points. Otherwise use it as a step at two selectable heights of 20 or 35cm, simply adjust with the quick-lock foot adjustment. It also features handy internal storage for bands and 1-2 pairs of smaller dumbbells. The dimpled rubber surface gives great grip for step use, whilst giving a slight massage effect when used as a bench.
